FIELD Sales Representative (Edmonton and Surrounding Area)

This newly created position will be an integral part of our field sales team, as we embark on the next phase of our growth.

The person selected for this position will benefit from comfortable working conditions, freedom with the ability to succeed and beat sales quotas, and conduct sales like it is your company. You will have the opportunity to manage yourself while still being a valued member of our team.

The compensation package will include salary and excellent commission, along with fantastic benefits.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Sell products and services to existing and new customers.
  • Interface with technical sales team to provide solutions to our current and prospective clients.
  • Maintain and enhance the Trendon Bit Service brand at the field delivery locations.
  • Travel to field locations to meet and deliver tools to customers.
  • Create and grow strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • 2+ years’ Oilfield field sales experience, particularly in Edmonton and Northern Alberta region.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Clean driving abstract.
  • Understanding of drill bits and technology.
  • Physical ability to enable heavy lifting/manual handling.
  • Have the ability and permissions to work in Canada.
  • Sales acumen.

Success in this role would be dependent on:

  • Company sales numbers.
  • Personal sales numbers.
  • Number of clients met daily, monthly, and yearly.
  • Ability to increase market share.
  • Number of projected sales compared to actual.
